We developed a completely new website for a highly rated massage therapist business resulting in an 89% increase in sales within the first month after launch.
The Challenge
PreBodyworks built a sizeable following using good old customer service and follow-up. However, their old site didn’t reflect the vast amount of knowledge and experience the owner gained over the years. Also, the usage of multiple software packages to handle registration and scheduling made the new user experience seem disjointed and cumbersome.
The Solution
First, we gathered as much information about our client, their target market and service area as we could find. Then we created a comprehensive process to help them to automate customer text message (SMS) notification, scheduling and follow-up tasks with their clients.
Based on this data, we developed a completely reimagined website in WordPress customized around their business processes to seamlessly integrate them with the tools built to help them grow. We also customized a CRM (customer relationship management) tool to fit their needs while housing all of it within their website. So now, they have one login and interface to manage their client scheduling, client touchpoints and revenue reporting.
